Palliative & End-of-Life Care
When someone is nearing the end of their life, being at home can mean everything. Our specially trained team provides sensitive, dignified support for the person and their family, working closely with hospice or palliative care nurses.
Evergreens Day Centre
Based at Evergreens Cafe in Ashfield's Recreational Centre, Evergreens Day Service is our dedicated day centre providing a safe, engaging and structured environment where individuals can build confidence, develop skills and form meaningful connections within their community. We support people with various needs through tailored daily programmes designed around individual goals, interests and abilities.
