Day Centre for both elderly and young adults operating in Nottingham

Evergreens Day Centre Nottingham

Evergreens Day Services is our dedicated day centre, run by the Nottinghamshire Care team with over 30 years' combined experience in care environments.

Based at Evergreens Cafe in Ashfield's Recreational Centre, we provide a safe, engaging and structured environment where individuals can build confidence, develop skills and form meaningful connections within their community. We support people with various needs through tailored daily programmes designed around individual goals, interests and abilities.

We're open every weekday except Wednesday, and we'd love to welcome you. If you're unsure whether Evergreens is the right fit, come in for a cuppa and a chat. Or take advantage of our first taster day for just £10, including a hot lunch.

Our Approach

We believe a day service should be purposeful, not passive. Our team delivers structured, outcome-focused sessions that promote progression, confidence and choice.

Our staff are experienced, values-led and trained in positive behaviour support, safeguarding and person-centred planning. While operating within non-regulated activity, we maintain robust governance, risk management and quality assurance processes to ensure safe and consistent delivery.

Who Is It For?

Evergreens is for adults who would benefit from regular social contact, stimulation and a structured day outside the home.

We currently support:

  • Adults with learning disabilities
  • Individuals with autism
  • People with physical disabilities or those who may need supported living care
  • And older adults (65+).

We run sessions specifically for older adults on Mondays and Thursdays, and for younger adults in the community on Tuesdays and Fridays.
